Training Schedule

Training takes place 12 months of the year. In the summer we train on our home ground, Patricroft Recreation Ground, Edison Road. In the winter we move to astro turf currently at Salford Academy.

Kit Information

Our kits are supplied by sponsorship. We use both Home and Away Kits. Our Home kit is blue and black striped with the away kit being Volt Green.

Team Bio

Formed in 2016 from the Parkwyddn Soccer School.  They played 2 years in the Salford District Saturday League. The last 2 years playing in the top group of the MJSFL. The team have developed as players and friends, working hard and looking out for each other. More recently the players have swapped positions around and have improved in all areas. Lots of great personalities who love playing football.

Position – Goalkeeper
Mr Reliable, quiet but confident, rarely misses games and a fearless shot stopper with a brilliant attitude.

2. Emanuel Barata

Joined – 2019
Position – Defender
New to the squad this season, very strong tackler who is improving all areas of his game every week, a key member of the defence

3. Aiden Collier

Joined – 2016
Position – Defender and Long range free kick connoisseur. Strong and confident player, reads the game very well and always comfortable under pressure and with the ball at either foot. He still doesnt know which his strongest foot is!

6. Alex Kavanagh

Position – Goalkeeper, Midfielder, Winger
Important member of the team, 100% effort every game.excellent in goal, very competitive midfielder who has improved rapidly

7. Daniel Popielarczyk

Joined – 2016
Position – Midfielder, Winger, Forward
Very good natural footballer, understands the game at a high level, controls the midfield and a a strong attacking threat. Great finisher

7. John Pereira

Joined – 2019
Position – Midfielder, Forward.
Lightning fast player who can finish clinically. High work rate and great ball winner. Provides lots of assists as well as goals

8. Lucas Brotherton

Joined – 2016
Position – Defender, Midfielder, Attacker
Confident and great skill, superb passer of the ball and calm under pressure. Able to beat players and make it look easy. Great at finishing, putting the ball exactly where he wants it to go

9. Joshua Grimes (C)

Joined – 2016
Position – Centre Forward.
Fast, strong striker with constantly improving level of finishing. Scores for fun and gives defenders nightmares. Passionate and leads by example

10. Zak Traynor

Joined – 2016
Position – Winger, Midfielder, Defender
Confident and skilfull player with lots of pace. Able to beat defenders easily and works back constantly, covers a lot of the pitch.

11. Riley Ayres Farn

Position – Winger, Midfielder
The smiling assassin, tricky with great skill and passion and able to finish well. a pest in the box. loves a celebration!
